Pretty quiet on the PW front.
George reported the low bid and award of the
N Miami water main project to
Weaver Construction.
$44,138 was the bid. The bid was a little under the estimated cost of the project, there were quite a few companies that submitted bids.
George indicated the low use of salt needed so far for roads...seems like every time he reports this we get wapped...sure enough, we got smacked this week. The City streets I drove on this week were in great shape,
KCMO not so much, including parts of
Barry Road, wow.
Wildwood is living up to its name, you can practice your affinity for doughnuts (no not the
Dunkin kind) whether you want to or not.
