"Limited opportunities for new homes in Weatherby Lake" reads the headline on page H1, maybe you saw it. "For years fiinding a new home in this community has been difficult" as it describes West Ridge with "treed estate-size home sites". "This is a tight-knit, close community that is incredibly safe". "West Ridge homeowners can take advantage of available dock space in the "O" cove". The article quotes the price range for homes from $300,000 to $400,000.

Would think "close knit community" would scare some people off. We all have too many neighbors in each other's business.
Their home wiring wasn't so safe.

The home of neighbors suing neighbors.
And if your neighbors don't sue you... the Weatherby Lake Improvement Company will.

To our nosey pot-belly neighbor: For once we would like to enjoy our deck and backyard without your constant rubbernecking gaze. Kindly put your binoculars away and leave us in peace.
Ouch! You sure those binoculars aren't looking at birds? I'll be a little nervous now when I pull mine out for that reason. Food for thought.
What a great excuse - bird watching. Yes, 12:08, and there is a strong possibility there may be birds flying around in our kitchen or our son's bedroom.
Not an excuse. It's what I do for pleasure. Can't speak for your neighbor, but if it's gotten that bad, I'd call the police department and file a complaint. I agree that you should have your peace.
To our neighbor: if we are out enjoying our deck please don't assume we are there for you to strike up a conversation. Walking by and minding your own business can go a long way in our neighborly relations.
