This guy must be living in the Twilight Zone where ordinary boats and commonplace woods are actually objects in disguise created for the sole purpose to collapse Weatherby Lake civilization.
Scarier yet, is that the Mayor might actually agree with him. Aesthetics vs. core management has driven much of his administration.

More likely this man is a product of a Stepford Wife where every blade of grass is perfect, where no dog barks, no driveway has cracks, and apparently boats are not to be seen or heard. Some WL Lakers are dealing with WLIC dock inspector bullies. Next every boat will be “inspected” for seat cover rips, canopy deterioration, squeaky floors, and God knows what else they can think of.
You all have it wrong. He is simply trying to light the path for our wayward boats and unruly forests. Praise be the Lord.
