If you live on the West side you are painfully aware...if you live on the East side and travel to the Community Center, you are too. The latest twist to the "plates" on the Barry Road Bridge is the reduction of Barry Road to a single lane with a 15 MPH speed limit. How many motorists observe the new rules?
