We received our Robo-call yesterday @ 3PM giving us the all clear for swimming in the lake. EColi @ acceptable levels. Back to normal, right?

I guess I'm LOST.... What does JERRY have to do with the lake??? Isn't that WLIC? Isn't the KC Sewer spilling into the lake a WLIC issue?? Why is it anything that is a problem people want to complain about Jerry?????
