While the concept of nice bathrooms is ok, I have to say I'm a bit concerned with this additional expense when we still have Peret property to pay for. Selling the property doesn't seem to be anywhere in sight. At some point, we're gonna have to resolve how the outstanding note of hundreds of thousands is going to be paid for.
