The BOA renewed the Hazardous Waste agreement with the Mid America Regional Council. This is one of the real bargains out there, the cost to the City for a year amounting to a little over a dollar per person per year. If you have paint, cleaners, old gas, motor oil and more the facility on Deramus in KCMO takes it for free, no appointment necessary. Drive right up, you don't even get out of your vehicle. You are correct Mike. This program helps to keep our lake clean too. It is a great bargain for WL.
