Jim Miller delivered two reports to the BOA:

WLIC

• O Cove and K Cove sea wall projects are virtually complete with some landscaping to be completed in the fall.
• Peret Property (38 acres) siltation pond should be completed within a month
• The property will be listed for sale in a week or two
• WLIC will retain rights to manage storm water (7-8 acres)
• The Board is considering lowering the lake level this fall by 4 feet to allow seawall repair.
  
• Long Range Planning Committee has reviewed C Point and identified 4 issues:

1. Road
2. Bathrooms
3. Gazebo
4. Seawall

• There will be a straw poll at November membership meeting to consider "How do we pay for that?"

Entrance Advisory Committee

• Meets tonight @ 6:30, City Hall
• C Dabner to present design sketches tonight and results of residents survey (53 sent, 30 returned).
• Restrictive right of way will limit design options
• Fund raising will be discussed.
