One Man's Trash

The Official Unofficial Minutes of the WL BOA
May 3
(As reported by Ace and others)

...is going to be in a 95 gallon bin as of August 8th when the new contract with Allied Waste begins.  Distribution of the bins to begin in the near future, Allied will notify residents.  More info since last meeting...If 95 gallons for trash and 65 gallons for recycling is not enough, another 95 gallon bin can be had for an additional $10 per quarter.  Smaller bins for trash will be available based on need.
The max yard waste bags/containers per week is back to 12 and yes, containers can be used instead of the paper bags.  Yard waste can/will be month to month to accommodate seasonal users.

Mandatory recycling comes to WL, or at least mandatory payment. You can still put recycling in your garbage, you just have to pay for recycling whether you do or don't.

That looks like a Bin Laden

Is that why we are forced by the government to pay for recycling?

sorry to burst your bubble- take trash, take yard waste or taks recycling- one, all or none. Nothing is mandatory. where are you getting your information? Ace you should know better. just another stupid rumor which isn't fact.

Have the Govna take it to the PBSCOTUS for a 5-4 ruling

We cant be mandated to buy recycling

I support this kind of recycling. Food scraps and bugs get recycled into delicious, sustainable eggs.

They are cute and make less noise than dogs. Kids love them too.

It’s so nice to have our government make decisions for us. They know what’s best for us better than we do. That relieves us of the burden of having to think for ourselves!

Mike,

How about asking Tanya? Isn't she the recycling queen?
