RoboPoo and other Crappie News

Right on cue for the holiday weekend the Robo call went out yesterday morning...due to contamination, the lake is closed.  2nd time in a week, last Saturday "O" cove was closed due to a "minor sewage spill" as well.  Our Tuesday/Wednesday rain total was 1.8" according to Farmer John added to the three quarters we got last weekend.  We've had heavier rains. that's for sure.  WLIC web site (as of this morning) has no additional news, so we are left to speculate where the contaminants came from and why.

On an unrelated note, the Fishing Club is having their all you can eat Fish Fry at the CC on Sunday.
