Vacate or Not To Vacate

That is the question. The continuing saga of the process to vacate, initiated by the Harvey family on the Hillside cul de sac, moves along, with another meeting/hearing scheduled by the BOA for March 30th, 6PM. What seemed like a straight forward situation has dragged on for months...who is to blame? Not sure blame is the right word, but it is interesting.
