From Ms Hoy's recent BOA notes email:
"I will be out of the country on a church mission trip for the next three weeks and unavailable to handle your concerns.  My husband Don will be here to respond, if he can, to any concerns".

I might add there is another alderman, Vic DeJong, available to Westsiders as well.  No word if Mr Hoy will be sitting in for Mrs Hoy at the next BOA meeting.
