Herpes @ WL?
Big fish kill at Blue Springs Lake, 16,000 carp according to the KC Star. What happened? Apparently the koi herpesvirus was the culprit...no it doesn't affect other fish or humans. It is possible the virus was introduced by someone dumping an aquarium into the lake. If you need to dispose your now deceased pet fish, try the recommended approach of flushing...and risk clogging your grinder...if you have one.
