Well, actually "rocked" would be a better description of the activity at the Venita Access area.  If you haven't been by, on the road or lake, WLIC has initiated stabilization of the shoreline at Venita...similar to what they did at the end of "C" cove.  Power is also being run to lakeside to allow plug-in for dock owners.  The shoreline needed a fix, the pounding, like yesterday's winds, continued to eat away at the shore.  There is still plenty of unprotected shoreline, WLIC and private property around the lake.
