Mayor's Comments included an update of the Entrance Advisory Group Committee. Recently Steve Cantrell, Scott Slaggie and Khristopher Dabner met with the winning (and only) bidder MPS. Their goal was to explore the ways to "get the bid down". Results?

"Scale back (the project) quite a bit" Apparently the trio is working to accomplish this. No word from the mayor if this scaling back will require a re-bid. The Committee hasn't met in awhile, time will tell. In the meantime, the Fund Raising Sub-Committee met on the 6th. No mention of the results/minutes of that meeting which was not posted as a meeting @ City Hall, but was announced via email to select members.
