News of PC Alderman Charles Cook's excellent adventure in alleged display of Mr Perky to an unsuspecting passenger reached St Louis yesterday evening (I'm in the Gateway City on biz).  Slow news day I guess.  I know, I know, innocent until proven guilty.  Received Tweets throughout the day from the Landmark editor, might be interesting to get a copy and get the scoop. 

Of course this isn't the first time a public official has gotten caught with his/her pants down.  While there is a graphic difference between literal and figurative, WL officials have shown their penchant for exposure of the figurative nature quite often, as documented here.  While grateful that the episodes have been virtual in nature, the end results have been the same...not pretty.

Mr Foley from the Landmark says there may be "thong underwear" involved, let's hope for public safety that is not the case
