Who's he? Yesterday @ 2:37 he and his wife became the first folks to cross the Mighty MO via the Bond Bridge according to the KC Star. The Star notes " it should be completely open by the end of the year". Meanwhile, the Barry Road Culvert project continues,...on and on. I understand the ribbon cutting ceremony is already taking shape,... sometime in 2012.
