Results of the voting for Directors:

• Neece 98
• Schmidt 91
• Shafe' 69

Dave Renton was on the ballot, there were only 4 spots available so he was not elected to the Board.  There were no nominations from the floor.  Pat Mahoney was recognized for her service to the Board.  Although stepping down from the Board she will still be active on committees.
