No not that one, the other one, Ed Ford, (FOWL-Friend Of Weatherby Lake).  Ed is running again for his KCMO 2nd District At-Large seat.  Same edition of the Star (16 March) gives Ed's platform which includes, "we're going to have to get in there and bloody their nose occasionally".  That's my boy!  Nah, he isn't talking about the WL BOA and Mayor (or is he?).  He is referring to those varmits from KS that are poaching businesses from KCMO (how is that e-tax working for ya Ed?)  No mention of Barry Road...what a miss, huh?  His ad in the same issue mentions "Road Improvements", might be a less offensive code term for BR.
