KCMO 2nd District Councilman Russ Johnson is running for re-election.  His district includes the area north of  Barry Road.  A recent KC Star article (March 16, page 6 Northland section) highlights his accomplishments to wit "devoted his first term to pushing for improvements such as the widening of Barry Road" and "We are the envy of the city as far as infrastructure development".
