Did Paul win or lose? His neighbor had to go to court...no fine...Paul gets to burnish his image as a first class (just remove the cl from previous word). I would say this is a classic win/win.
No poop involved...never was. Mike you had it wrong. It was trespassing. She pleaded "No contest".
What a smart neighbor. Didn't give him any opportunity nor satisfaction of opening his mouth and wasting our or the courts time. Sometimes a guilty plea IS worth it!
Gross has scolded others for touching his property too. He's such a good neighbor.
Anyone who doesn't question his motives on other lawsuits against the rest of us isn't paying attention.

Maybe Donna should post "No Trespassing" signs on little white post cards in their yard. As long as they're 12 feet from the curb.
