The Answer Is...

False.
According to the building permit application and setback dimensions of the property, the above pic shows the Front, and note the mailbox which is the address for the property...on 79th street in the cul de sac. Don't ask, I don't know the answer.

Mayor Bos at it again. Hey Mayor, why did you give a permit for this house? What a joke.

Why don't you ask who approved the plans?

I didn't know the Mayor was in CHARGE of building permits????? The mayor is not in charge of this in other cities, why would people assume ours is???

Anon 6:28 is the joke. get a life.

I agree with Anon 628. In our City (4th Class with no City Manager), the Mayor is the City Manager. All departments answer to him, including the Planning Department. Check out the City Code on the City website.

The author of this website has the responsibility of this. Just ask him...what do you say Mike?

I'd say there is a problem...the front of the home does not meet setbacks. If it was an administrative error the Mayor is the chief administrative officer. If it was fraud on the builders part that is another issue.
If you go and look at the property you can see for yourself...where the mailbox is...and where the front door is. Enforcement of codes resides within the realm of the administration as well.
