By now you have received the invite for April 1st, the "Residents Only" preview of West Ridge at Weatherby Lake, 4-7 PM. Drinks and heavy hors to be served (gotta love the heavy part...hey honey, you don't have to make dinner). Website www.westridgeatweatherbylake.com. If you go there you will see these comments for the property for 10515 79th Place: "Neighbor features-Boat Dock, Club House, Community Center, Curbside Recycling, Play Area, Snow Removal, Tennis Courts, Trash Pick Up". Not sure how the dock thing works or where the Club House will be and I hope Curbside recycling comes some day...we'll see.
