So says the talking head from KMBC in regards to the case of the Maligned Trespasser. Court on Thursday evening was packed (I am told) as Jennifer Payne made her appearance in WL Court. Her attorney, Gina Simone, requested a continuance which was granted. So, the case of the Maligned Trespasser goes on.

This was another staged arrest so Jake , Elwood and Perry Mason Jr can come back to litigatation lake and bring us down to our knees again
I heard Elwood was lurking in the courtroom, circling like a shark.
She is a young woman, who wants attention. Before her case was called, a man approached her and said he had facebooked her and she hadn't responded.He wanted to interview her. She handed him a business card and told him to call the cell or email her. Another woman (nonresident) asked her if she was going to be on channel 9 Friday morning, Jennifer responded that her new attorney asked her not to speak, but she was thinking about it anyway.
