Beauty and the Beast
In DC this week for a conference and lucky enough to have a view of the Washington monument from my room (pic is early riser edition). Awesome. Not quite inspiring are the glut of huge govt buildings in foreground and all around...our tax dollars @ work, well, being spent. Makes me wonder.

Ever wonder about the govt buildings we built in Iraq ?
Or the pallets of cash distribute in pizza boxes around a foreign country?
Hows that Dubya thing going anyway?
Will we our anti government candidates (who made millions and millions off of the big bad government )be able to blame the crushing debt from the wars and drug prescription socialist plan D on Obama?

GOP cut tax and spend ...then blame it on someone else
Every time I am in DC is seems there is another new building being built behind the facade of an old building. While I like that it preserves the architectural look, it has to cost more.
