Former School Board member Fred Sanchez' peccadillo of packing heat on district property reminded me of the current WL ordinance forbidding guns in WL public buildings (that would be City Hall and the CC). Then Mayor Mike Henderson was more than mildly irritated over the proposal, but there was nothing he could do but watch as the BOA enacted the law. Make my day? Nope, not when you are paying your water bill. Fred will have to add the CC to his list of places he has to stow his pistola.
