I wonder if Dusenbery would try to do this in Riss Lake?
Where is this parcel in relation to Weatherby Lake? I can't find it on the GIS Mapping.
For Platte County property information go to

enter name or parcel number number (20-6.0-14-100-005-002.000 )
This shows that for the last 10 years the property tax was less than $50 per year for a lot that appears to be the size of about the size of 10 avg WL lots(guess it was never reassessed).
Then if you go to
http://maps.co.platte.mo.us/
and enter this plat number you will see map that shows this is off of Mace road adjacent to WL at about 76th ter or C cove level.
