Hopefully you are voting today...of course you are, after all only the most informed, sophisticated Wetherbeans read the blog (okay, there are a few exceptions).
As you walk through the door to the CC you will see many familiar faces assisting voters, some supporting the elections for years as election workers. Stop, give them a smile and a word of thanks. The vote in WL is quick, efficient and hassle free. Great, isn't it?

I'm not a fan of Tanya Finn. I have found her to be unfriendly at times. So my decision was to vote for De Surma. Then De Surma's flyer came through the mail. I felt her attacks were uncalled for and representative of the kind of person she must be. Botbyl is qualified but has an ego. York is approachable but never got a good feeling how qualified it was.
Decided not to vote today.
My spouse, on the other hand, dislikes the whole Stevenson-White-Surma-Botbyl cartel so voted for York and Finn - has found a couple of the cartel to be personally very self-serving and totally oblivious of others needs.
I just voted. Botbyl and his friends were really hassling the voters when we arrived at the Community Center. Who do we complain to? I never experienced more disrespectful behavior from candidates. We need to clean house at City Hall. My thanks to Tanya, she is a great leader for Weatherby....and her cookies are great!! Thanks Tanya.
