Speaking of Missouri Municipal League(MML), how many times do you think Alderman Hoy has used this resource in the past year? Two years ago during her campaign, both at a coffee I attended and at the forum, she opined the legal costs of the City seemed high and the City should use MML more as a potential way to reduce costs. I guess you already know the answer to my question, right? None, zero, zip, nada. Surely the Mayor or other aldermen have used MML in the past year. Nah, see above. (This is from one of the main contacts at MML)
Now in all fairness, Mary might use her relative who is a City Attorney in Kansas. But then again, we're not in Kansas (anymore) Toto. Another example of the do it yourself government WL has adopted.
