Millions

KC Star July 1st, page A4
"A bad week for sewage spills"
"More than 25 million gallons..."
"Two million gallons discharged into the Blue River..."
"A discharge near 77th and Prospect was discovered on Friday night but not reported until Monday."
"City(Grandview) officials estimated about 160,000 gallons flowed into a creek that leads into Longview Lake..."

KCMO is overwhelmed with problems in their sewer system, nobody can dispute that. We also know they face huge budget issues, making it impossible to address all the sewer problems they face. We know too the flow rate at East Side pump station, during a major storm, can be in the millions of gallons due to infiltration of storm water. Millions.
