Insider Buying

The Mayor reviews the recent sale of a City truck in the month's issue of Weatherby Lake Living (http://eweatherbylakeliving.com/city-news-08-11/city-news-feb-12).  I have received a couple of Comments regarding the sale of the truck:

  •  1)How do I get in on the buying of surplus or unwanted City equipment?
  • 2) If the City didn't take bids, how do they know they got the best deal?
  • 3)When is the City required to take bids?
All good questions.  I suggest, if you are interested, to call/email your elected officials for the answers.

Why would I ask Alan York?

11:33, nice shot, deflect the criticism on somebody else. Google Gerald Bos DFA and see what you get. Should you should be worried about the back door? Maybe.
