Those of us old enough, remember where we were and what we were doing, that day, 49 years ago.
well, we already have city codes and ordinances that limit what can be done on property, so I suppose some sort of legislation regarding rental properties is not out of the question. I guess it is not fair if I want to build a multi-family rental property in Weatherby Lake.
