Helping Hands-Saturday the 18th
WLIC is sponsoring an "Adopt a Road" project, on Barry Road...objective to gather trash, etc. from the roadway and shoulders before it makes its way to our watershed. Can you spare some time? Meet at the Community Center @ 9AM Saturday morning for assignments. Wear bright clothing/and or safety vest. Bring gloves and water. Contact Tom Lowman (437-8441) for more details.

Good idea. In fact, maybe this could go towards what Ed Ford thinks we owe for fixing the bridge. A "will work for a bridge" program.
