WL Hosts Law Enforcement Convention

On my way out of our fine city yesterday around 12:30PM, going down Potomac when I notice a large contingent of state/county/local police vehicles (18 all told)...which I am told were joined by a fire truck and an ambulance.  Seems there must have been problems at one of the residences, enough to warrant handcuffing a man and a woman and being carted off.  Neighbors say this isn't the first time there have been "problems".  The residents are/were renting the home in the quiet neighborhood.  I assume more information will be scarce because it will certainly be "under investigation".
