Next few posts will consider a discussion from the last BOA meeting. A citizen (more tomorrow) sent a letter regarding his view (including pics) of properties that he felt were violations of codes and ordinances.
Is there any relationship to what appears to be an increasing number of rental homes? Has Police activity increased at rental homes? Can/should anything be done?

NO!!!!!
Having too many "income properties" in our community could well drive down the values for home owners. It's not good to have a large number of rentals here. Rental properties should have much less leeway in appearance and upkeep than residents.
