DFA Continues to Sing the Moos

As reported in the KC Star and Bloomberg.com, Stew Leonards's, a New York grocery store chain, has filed suit in Federal Court accusing DFA of price fixing regarding transactions made on the spot cheese market. This on the heels of the announced $12 million settlement made by former executives Hanman and Bos. Looks like lawyers smell blood in the water, don't look for this one to go away quietly.

Rumor is that mayor Bos has been asked to step down from the Pine Ridge board. I wonder what our WL alderman think of this

I find the "silence" interesting. Meaning, this blog is usually bubbling with comments from people feverishly applauding and/or defending Mayor Bos. What say you?

I can say my household has not praised Mayor Bos. Voted against him in the election. Some of us knew his past before he got into Mayor office here but, as usual the "CLICK" always wins. What does the "CLICK" think now about their Mayor?

The "CLICK" thinks that York had his fair share of skeletons as well. Previous shredding of Weatherby Lake documents. So hard to say which is the lesser of the two evils!!

Everyone one has a chance to vote out part of the "click" at the next election.

Yeah

The same people who give proxys will now take the time to find out how things work ?
Its much easier to be a mushroom and to complain about little things like the water bill
